My songs keep disappearing!?

Question

I have Roxio Media Creator 8 to rip songs from CD's onto my hard drive. They are then saved into folders in "My Music" automatically. Later when I go back, some tracks are missing. And, the perplexing part is that it's random! What I mean is that for one disc, tracks 2, 5 and 3 are gone. For the next one, it could be tracks 2 and 8. Weird! Has anyone ever experienced this problem.
