Not very buff. It takes a lot of time and work to build up that sort of look. Unless you trained like around the clock, in which case, it might work.

with 1 week of training........more like "how skinny would you still look"
it took me 12 years just to get 16.5 inch arms and a 48 inch chest.
sorry, but buff takes time, blood, sweat, and a lot of commitment.
