Yes. For the first several months of your life. You are helpless. You are an infant. You breathed. You were born.

It is unavoidable... You will make mistakes throughout your life, there fore creating blame. Don't let it cripple you. Just get back up, brush yourself off and carry on with new found knowledge. Of course don't take the blame of someone else's faults, but do own up when you are to blame. I would say it can be justified, but usually is based on petty things.

I am not sure if we can live completely without the inherent conditions of being human in this world.I think it is all about the way in which we choose to interpret our experiences. Attitude is everything. I think it is possible to be an aware person and attain a certain level of understanding in which the reasons we would blame ourselves and others loose their power. There are coping methods for these scenarios written in all the major world religious book. techniques for overcoming 'broken or limited philosophies.' One of the best ways to get this in check is to ask God to show you all of the things in your life that have placed a burden on your spirit. Don't be afraid to write them down...pages of them.....then ask God to forgive you and to show you how these influences have dictated your belief structure, how you judge yourself and others. You will learn to recognize situations as they arise that hold a pattern of opportunities to blame.See the beauty you hold inside and then learn to take things as they come and look for the up side of situations beyond your control.Be gentle on yourself

We are all responsible for our own actions. But the only "belief system" that offers relief from "blame" is Christianity in which the blame for our fallible actions is pardoned and taken on by the Redeemer, Christ Jesus, due to His Redemptive Deed upon the Cross and His Resurrection, thus He becomes the "substitute" that receives all hurt in behalf of the Believer.
