I recently bought a pair of jeans with the perfect wash and length, but they're a little baggy in the hip/butt area. Does it cost a lot to have pants taken in at a tailor? I'm wondering if it's worth it, or if I should just take them back to the store. Does anyone know approximately how much this would cost?

If it's "the perfect" pair of jeans it is definately worth it! Where I am from it's anywhere from 3 to 10 dollars for alterations so it' s definately a lot less expense than to buy a whole other pair. Plus, How often can you buy a pair of jeans with perfect everything? Good Luck.

It's definatly worth every penny to get the right fit, seems none of the jean makers have the perfect jean, you will probably pay l2.50 at the dry cleaners, ask first if it's to much and you have been going to that cleaner a long time look for someone else.

I paid around 15 dollars to have a pair of dress pants taken in. Just to have a pair hemmed was 12 dollars

i think you should just take them back. you never know if the tailor will actually get them perfect for your body. id rather just get a pair of jeans that completley fits becasue theres no hassle.. i think it costs about 15 dollars im not sure.
