Try to get any threats made on record. If you can tape phone conversations with them, do it. If they write anything, keep it. Get a lawyer, and with the lawyer, go to the (cop) uncle's supervisor and tell them what's been going on. Consult a lawyer anyway, they will know better than anyone what to do.

You're only guessing that the next threat will be against you. This type of guy enjoys the fear a threat causes (especially if it's directed at someone they perceive to be 'vulnerable'), it would be unusual for someone to warn you first to put you on alert. Like all bullies if you stand up to him, he'll probably back down or more likely nothing more will happen if he thinks he can't intimidate you. If I were you I would be extra vigilant and enlist the help of others in being vigilant especially other people around your partner (colleagues, family). There is always a tiny possibility that this guy is actually a psycho, in which case you'll need the help of the Police/legal system. Can you get an injunction to stop him contacting/approaching your partner? Can you change your phone number? Can you report him to his superior at work?

Go to the police! Also I don't think she is in thew witness protection because they do not do it for just a couple of days. Maybe you should move away and start a life some where else. Also get a retraining order or order of protection!

Get him first dont be a whiner. Too easy. Get into the prision email system and put the inmates on him. Inmates hate rapists and childmolestors. As far as anyone on the out. they will destroy themselfs.
