basic book binding:

1. Print the text so that it fits LANDSCAPE wise in two columns on a letter size page.
2. Fold all the pages in half, so now they are ca. 4 x 8 inches.
3. Assemble the pages in order and stack them up. Keep them in place with clothes pins. Put 3 clothes pins on the open side of the book opposite of the folds. Put 2 more clothes pins on the narrow sides, about in the middle.
4. Get some hi-strength glue (not super glue - it shouldn't be liquidy. You can find glue in the crafts department, or you can use Elmer's glue.
5. Get some ribbon for the spine of your book. It should be wide enough to cover the spine and lap over by at least 1/2 inch on either side.
6. Spread the glue on about 1/2 of the ribbon lenghtwise
7. Carefully place the length of the ribbon on the front cover of the book to be and let it dry. Wipe off any glue that may squish out with a damp towel.
8. Spread glue evenly on all the folds and on the remainder of the ribbon.
9. Fold the ribbon over the folds and across to the back of the book, carefully aligning it so it's straight.
Let it dry. Now glue the blank pages together, and you have a book.
