hi just another quick question... i was wondering if ladies at 16 weeks or when they where 16 weeks got this really uncomfortable thing underneath they belly? when they would bend over ot just sit up?
it's not pain full, but when i bend down it really feels wired!!
what could this be??

Depends...could be baby's feet extended or it could be the tendons that hold up your uterus that are stretching from your expanding belly...

I am amazed at how horrible these message boards are. If you can't be helpful- Don't respond. You are wasting everyone's time.
The pain you are feeling is probably stretching legaments. It is very common at your stage of pregnancy and nothing to worry about. Try not to move too quickly. I felt it most when I stood up too fast, etc. If you feel it on one side, lie down on that same side to relieve the pressure and it will feel better in a very short time. Of course, discuss any pain or discomfort with your doctor at your next check up.

it could be your ligaments stretching to accomodate bubba i had that on all three of my daughters it gets a little more uncomfortable as pregnancy progresses but it is nothing to worry about. What i did was i wore a medium control pantie girdle and this seemed to help
