besides typing test what other tests are included when taking a test for a clerical job position?

You might be asked to take spelling and basic math tests and perhaps even a proofreading test. OH! Filing tests are popular. They give you a stack of files and have you put them in order.

I believe some employers also have you take a test on a calculator if you'll be working with figures (maybe they don't do that anymore).

They usually make you take a spelling test, math test, grammar test, sometimes a personality test. Also, 10 key and possibly a test to determine if you know all the ms office stuff. Just be prepared. Good luck!
