some guy on the internet uses my email address for all his scamming needs, i've even had my phone service disrupted & financially charged to pay his online access fees due to his scamming. My email address is on the web, my name, phone, address is available on different sites... all this started 7 years ago before we learned about scammers. I'm using his fake name at this moment in hopes that he see this & he realizes that we victims wont be ignorant to his kind anymore

. . .He will only laugh when he sees it. It is going to take more than just letting him know you are on to him. You should take any and all information you have and file a police report.

You should have contacted the ones billing you for his online access fees and filed a payment dispute.

One cannot just lay down and roll over, one needs to stand up and fight back starting with filing charges with legal authorities and contacting the companies that charged you for his online access and put a stop to it once and for all.

delete every trace of you online

delete:
your e-mail
all comments on websites
all myspace/blogs

and get a new e-mail

for your phone go to the phone company and they have your bill, how it's being used and everything, they can help you get a new number or something else so that the scammer will not be able to access anything

i hope this helps, it was just an educated guess
