I got an older twenty dollar bill out of an ATM machine the other day and wondered if it has any value. I came across one a while back (a series 1934 A) and found it to be worth a lot more than face value and hope this might be the same case. Description: A 1950 Series A Twenty dollar bill with the serial number D 87640183 A. In the right hand corner on the front there is a capital letter i and the number 214. On the back on the right hand corner there is a number 831. It is NOT a silver note, that I am sure of. Also the Treasurers and Secretary's are somewhat illegible (took a long time for me to research the names). The Treasurer's name is Ivy Baker Priest and the Secretary's name is George M Humphrey. If you have need any more info, please ask and I will add it to the additional details. I am probably going to hold on to it anyway, but was just curious. Thank you so much in advance.

It very fine grade it sells for $30.00, which your bill is not, since you had trouble with the signatures on it, then it grades a lot lower. It has little value to collectors at this time. As it is now it is worth $20.00

Don't want to bust your bubble but collectible paper money for the most part must be in like new (uncirculated) condition

There is a seller on Ebay asking $30 for a twenty bill like yours and it is in like new condition. So, I think you should just spend it and maybe next time you will get a nice surprise from the ATM.
