You are not going to be able to gain weight just on your thighs. Just as you cannot spot reduce, you cannot spot gain. If you want to gain weight on your thighs, just know that you are also going to gain weight on your stomach and other areas of your body. You can build up muscles in a certain area, like your thighs, which would require exercise.

I chose to answer your question because I have the same problem. Try eating peanut butter and drinking Ensure. It is a very easy way to put on the pounds but the only downfall is the pounds won't stay on me. I can gain about 5-10lb. in about 2 weeks and in about another 2 weeks their gone. This may work for you.

Running can make your thighs bigger-as the muscles are toned they expand and also add to your weight. Eating junk food is bad for your heart and will only adds weight to your torso. Try to eat all the nutrients you need and get exercise. It is better to add muscle than gain fat that can lead to dangerous health problems.

Dont eat junk food. Thats bad for your health, if its not helping you gain weight then its just going to make your health bad. Try protein or weight gaining shakes.. Working out your legs and gaining muscle will help it get thicker in a sexier way then fat legs.

The healthiest way to gain weight is to calculate your daily calorie intake, then increase it by about 15%. Combine this with working out regularly (any form of excersize, not just gym) and you should gain up to 0.5kg of healthy muscle weight per week. If this increases the ammoount you normally excersize, rework your calorie intake accordingly.
If you find yourself gaining in excess of 0.5kg per week, you are gaining fat, and could push your body fat percentage beyond healthy levels- regardless of how you appear.

Work out. What you are not gaining from eating food, you can gain from working out.
When you gain muscle, you also gain weight. Healthy, too.
