From a earlier post I talked about this retared kid who lives up the street from me that steals my mail and puts in other peoples mailboxes.....I went and talked to his mom she is really no better off then he is....I mean this kid is really retarded he wears a football helmet when he is outside really fuked up kid. I asked my neighbor if she has had any problems with him, she told me the boy has been pulling out his peter in front of her......Should I be worried my neighbor does have a nice set of boobs and I can't hardly blame the stupid tard for doing something like that....

You can very easily put a key lock on your mail box. keep one key and give the other to the mailman. Maybe after a while when the mentally challenged young man sees he can't get your mail he will quit trying and you can remove the lock.
