One way is to look in the registry at the UNINSTALL list.

Start the registry editor
RUN >> regedt32

Then browse to the following key and Highlight the Uninstall key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
>> SOFTWARE
>>>> Microsoft
>>>>>> Windows
>>>>>>>> CurrentVersion
>>>>>>>>>> Uninstall

Got to menu FILE >> EXPORT
Browse to directory to save file in then SELECT type as TEXT
and save.

Download SIW from http://www.gtopala.com/siw_download.html, run it and check the "Installed Programs" item.
Right click in the right pane and save the list as a TXT file. Print that file.

An easy way to do it is to download a free program called "Belarc Advisor". It will not only show a printable page with all the programs you're running, but also all the hardware, etc. Terrific program, and you sure can't beat the price. The link is below to read about it and download it. Good luck.

Prints any folder contents, so if you go to 'Program Files' and print, you have your list.

One option is to list the files on the screen and try CTRL-P. this should dump the screen contents to the printer. It doesn't always work on all PC's but could be worth a try.
