i made reservations through "vegas.com", If I want to cancel, do I call vegas.com's # or the hotel's #?????

I made reservations at stratosphere through vegas.com. If I want to cancel the reservations, do I have to do it through "vegas.com" or do I have to do it through stratosphere??? Which one should I call to cancel??
