Aloe for the pain, and If it starts to itch in a few days... Preparation H will ease the itching. It's the only thing that actually goes down into the skin instead of only treating the surface.

you must live in a beautiful place. I am jealous. Or did you go on vacation? err.
well, just go easy on em. I always slather on the lotion, because the skin gets very dried out. And it helps to keep them moisturized and they feel a little better. Or you can put some aloe on them, or hit up the drugstore, they probably have some medicine specifically for sunburns.

my neighbor has his own practice, and works mostly with basic household items. if you have any jams or jellies or marmaleds, apply that to the sunburnt spot, and let it soak for a couple minutes (10-15). wash it off and repeat for a couple days till it disapears.

Applying aloe vera regularly is good or just keep moisturizing with anything natural so you won't peel. The minute you stop moisturizing it dries up and peels off.

take a tylenol (supposed to help) and put some aloe and lotion with vitamin E on it. Also wear nice comfy loose cloothing to prevent rubbing on it.
