I listen to music really loudly in my house/car. That takes my mind off of pretty much anything else. I suppose it's true what they say, Music soothes the savage beast.

Hot bubble baths - I light candles, play soft music, have a glass (or two) of wine and soak in a lavender and chammomile bath.

doodle...work on my mural..listen to a playlist with some gnarls barkley, jack johnson, and jason mraz. waste you money on stuff your dont need. thats what i call therapy. and some alkyhall.
