Would make sense for the front of cotton panel be moved forward about 1.5 to 2 inches?!

I was searching this to ask if something structurally was wrong with me!
I have to stick mine forward so the middle is practically up to the front seam. I have a tilted uterus. I thought maybe that was it.

I am a guy and love to wear them. I think a double nylon gusset is much better than the cotton.
