i still feel like something is not right. I have more discharge than normal, a musty almost fishy smell. Could the dr be wrong? Is there anything I do at home to help? I started using summers eve power down ther to help but now its worse and you can smell it through my pants.

That's funny because the same thing happened to me lastnight at the hospital. I can smell this foul odor through my jeans but the doctor only said I had a Urinary Tract Infection.
I am taking antibiotics for it but I have more discharge than normal. Its not fishy smelling its just horrendous and its not thick like cottage cheese its thin and watery.
I am going to see my regular doctor soon because I think she should take a look at it. I don't think the doctors at the hospital did enough tests.
I think you should go to a different doctor also because that doesn't sound right at all.
Request a different sort of test if possible from another doctor. Tell the other doctor what happened with your previous doctor and ask for another sort of test. Tell him or her ALL of your symptoms and when they first occured.
Good luck.
P.S.
Only get tested for Trich if you are sexually active and have not had any STD tests done in the last year because Trichomoniasis is spread through sexual activity. And it is most common in women who have had multiple sexual partners. If you do not have any STDS you don't likely have TRICH
I haven't got any STDS at all and I have very similar symptoms. I get tested twice a year and have only ever had one partner in my sexual history and still am with him.
So do research and call a different doctor.

I'd leave off the Summer's Eve... a lot of women are sensitive to chemicals, and it could be making things worse.
If you are keeping your crotch clean (washing with mild soap/water and patting dry with a clean towel daily), I'd look into getting an STD screen, if you have been sexually active. Some of those little beasties can give you unpleasant discharge.

It sounds like an STD(if you are sexually active). If you are sexually active, it could be Trichomoniasis, Chlymidia, or Gonorrhea. If it is, you need to be treated with antibiotics right away or else it could develop into something more serious like Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. Go to your doctor and get checked out as soon as possible.

that almost sounds like chlamydia. it's the most common (and completely curable) std out there. I had it myself with milder, but similar symptoms and had no idea until I had my annual exam. If you do have it, it's a piece of cake to treat. You'll have to take antibiotics for a few days, and viola. :) If there's one in your area, go to a Planned Parenthood. They can test and give you the antibiotics there.

I would got go see ur local doctor, instead you should make an appointment at your sexual health clinic. Look in the yellow pages for your nearest one or ask ur gp for the number. They will test you for everything! its free and you will get fast results and a piece of mind. hope this helps :o)

Did your doctor take a swab, to test for infections? Did he do tests? If not, you should see another doctor.

I would seek the help of another doctor. It does not seen right, especially if you have not had any of these symptoms before.
