my ipod has been frozen for about 2 hours. what do i do? i have nano. its new

hold the center button and top button together at the same time.
If the apple logo comes on.
you're good to go.

If not, take it back to the store and they should be able to replace it
because of the 1 year warranty :)

to reboot your ipod u should press the menu and the play/pause keys at the same time for about 6 to ten seconds.
u may need to do so several times.

u must know though that it could release your ipod and make it work again but it will also delete everything u have on it.

either hold the middle button down and if the apple dosn't come on.

u can plug it into ur comp and maybe itunes will notice it and unfreeze it.

if that dosn't work take it back to the apple store and ask those people for help.

hold the menu & the center blank button down until there is an apple then it should be okay! : )
