u got u tubes tied...and dont know about it...also lack of iron or u could be anemic like my sister who misses her periods because of her lack of iron and calcium...or maybe ur not a woman at all, check into that because anemia is a very serious issue and can cause ur bodily organs to fail because u dont have enough good blood cells...im a bio major also i know this stuff...good luck !!!

If they are overweight/underweight, very active, if they haven't gotten to puberty yet, if there are problems reproductively....
