You know how on restaurants have signs that always say "no shirt, no shoes, no service"? What if someone walked in with no pants? What would they do then, it doesn't say anything about not wearing pants.

Lets figure ~ McDonald's has to post Warning labels that coffee is hot, so why hasn't someone tried "No Pants"?

Depending on how diligent that person was about eating at the resturant they would argue the fact that the sign says no SHIRT and no SHOES, but not no pants so therefore they should be able to eat there. If the resturant had a policy that stated they had the right to refuse service to anyone than the pantless chap would have to give up, but if they didn't, they would have to service the person. Of course, they would be sure to add no PANTS down at the bottom of the sign in the future,but it just wouldn't have the same ring to it.
