Do you mean that your friend receives a discount for working there? If so, your friend will have to actually purchase the item. Then you can pay him for the cost. You can't use an employee's discount.

No. He has to actually purchase the item to get the discount. Then you can reimburse him.

i have allowed my sister to use my crossbrand discounts, but only because she looks like me. technically only the person that has the discount can use it.
