What is the best make for foundation? I don't want to have that plastic fake look, but I want it to stay on hopefully all day. Also, under fifteen pounds because I have a budget : ( Any suggestions ?

ok i think u should clinic thats will give u a natural look i use mac but thats gives a nice look but i dnt think thats what ur looking for but try clinic or u can also do this go 2 macys or nordstrom or dillards any deparment store where they sell makeup n try them n c which one works best for u n u can always change them or ask the if they have any samples n if they do try them

I don't wear fondation often, but when i do i wear Mayebillne dream matte mousee it feels so smooth lokks and feels natural also looks and feels as if u have nothing on. They have it in blush adn eyeshadow too.

I use the Dream Matte Mousse which works well for me....Revlon SkinLights good as well....but it depends on what skin type you have got if you got dry skin its best for you to use the one which will moist your skin at the same time.

over liquid and powder i prefere powder.... M.A.C has a amazing foundation called studio fix i sware by it. it takes a while to settle in around 5 minutes then it soaks into your skin so u dont look all cakie
