i feel so emabarrased because it;s not normal..
im onlii 14 && im hoping they will pop out sooner or later..
is thier anything that can help them pop out now?!

As other have stated, you are only 14 year old and there is a chance that they will grow out as time passes.
Now we should look at the reasons for your concern: Is it a fear that you may not be view as sexy or attractive by a potential mate? Is it because you are concerned about the possibility of breast feeding when you eventually have children? Is it a combination of both issues?
Let's deal with the appearance issue first. Any decent man (or woman, if that is your preference) should love and appreciate you regardless of whether you have "perfect" nipples or inverted nipples. To be honest with you, there are a lot of men and women who don't care if the nipples are inverted or not. On an erotic level, they are just as enjoyable to fondle and worship so you should not have to worry about that.
As for the breast feeding issue, In most cases, inverted nipples DO NOT prevent breast feeding.

Flat or inverted nipples:
You can determine whether or not you have flat or inverted nipples: Gently compress your areola about three centimetres behind your nipple. A normal nipple will evert or protrude, an inverted nipple will invert or retract.
If your nipples are flat or inverted you may use Nipple Formers – not to be confused with nipple shields – to try to draw out the nipple. Nipple Formers are worn inside the bra, which may need to be one size larger than normal to have room for the formers. Nipple Formers can be used already during pregnancy or after birth. Seek the advice of your lactation specialist if you suspect to have flat or inverted nipples.
With stimulation and nipple erection, most inverted nipples will evert. Occasionally, they remain inverted despite all efforts to evert them.
As for breast feeding, Other than for cosmetics, nipple inversion is not usually a problem. For breast-feeding, most inverted nipples will evert. Even those that do not evert may still function normally enough to allow for satisfactory infant nursing.

If your only 14 you have a lot of growing yet to do. Give it time and they should fix themselves.

actually sweetie there are a lot of people out there with the same problem, and it is fine... and it is normal.. just know that you are not the only one........ I don't know if there is much you can do about it though... but don't be embarrassed!!!!~
