Do the dogs die in the disney movie Eight Below?

Two die. Ole Jack does because he isn't wasting his effort to get off the run. Then one of the twins falls down a hill or cliff and dies. The head dog's (the pretty female one) leg gets bitten by a leopard seal but she makes it. Hope that helps. That is one of my new favorite movies too.

Two of them die. Old Jack and the really young and hyper one. I have to say that it was one of the saddest movies I have ever seen. This might have been contributed to the fact that a couple months earlier my dog died, but still it was really hard to watch.

Hat has the correct answer. I was hesitant to watch the movie, I'm a dog lover, (Golden Retrievers in specific), and I just hate to see animals die.

Not all of them. The ones that end up passing away are:
Dewey and Old Jack, if I remember correctly.
Dewey hurt himself and eventually died after falling down the snow cliff jumping at the Aurora australis.
Old Jack died right on the base where their trainer lived and their friends.

i loved the movie. but yes, two of them died. old jack and one of the twins. in real life story that the movie was based on, 2-3 dogs survived.

2 die. One is too old to withstand the cold. The other gets injured. It's amazing, the resiliance of huskies.

from what i remember in the movie, 1 dog separated from the pack and another dog died of the cold.
