I am 100% effaced on the outside, 75 on inside.. Cervix is completely soft. Contractions are 2-3 minutes apart.

pack your bag honey and go to the hospital, if it's your first baby, probably 5-7 hrs, if it's not, 1-2 hrs

I was like that for 23 hours. My contractions were closer though. Less than a minute. SOOOOO for 23 hours I had contractions every minute or less.

You should already be on your way to the hospital. If its your first you might have a couple to five hours if second any time hurry.
