Australopithecine, or more recently, Peking Man: homo erectus.
We are homo sapien sapiens, subspecies of homo sapiens. Hominids. Apes, chimps, and lemurs are primates too, but not hominines.

I dont think we revolve from a species. I'm pretty sure we evolve.

Revolve means to go around. The planets revolve around the sun. So we don't revolve from or around any species. Neither do we EVOLVE from any species. We were created as human beings.

Firstly ..we came out of water ( sea or ocean ) to far back to remember what we looked like ..then we evolved ..
looking different over millions of years constantly evolving
constantly chaining in our appearances ..
It is not difficult to understand ....
All living beings and plants ..originated from algae then . single celled organism ( bacteria ) maybe ..so evaluation has been hard at work with our species..

I believe we come from Gorillas And Apes. I mean that our brains have hardly any differencies. Monkies Apes and Gorillas do have four fingers and a thumb on both hands unless born with a handicapp.And if you compare a humans DNA to An Apes DNA there hardly any differences.
