No... I suppose there may be some girls that are like that, but they wouldn't be the ones you'd bring home to momma or consider for a wife.
For most females, emotions are very interlaced with a sexual relationship. It's much MORE than an act to most. Therefore, show respect to them and "don't go there" if this is to be a casual thing...

In most cases as I have seen , NO.
Its more common for the guy to let his hormones get out of control and be the first to desire sexual activity.
But, In older people, say around the ages of 35 and 45, Its more common to see the women be more of the sexual aggressor and desire sexual relations quicker than the guy.Why? Well, I think its because by this age most women are more comfortable in there minds with sexuality than when they were younger women and also feel o-k with being aggressive because of that.Where as the older guys have spent so much of their youth chasing it to get it that by the time they are older they just calm down and don't wish to chase it so much anymore.

usually a guy is in a relationship just for the s e x so really a girl really just wants to take it slow most of the time
so no i dont think that a girl would want to start a sexual relationship sooner then a guy

No, it's not true. MOST girls mature faster than boys. But that does mean they want to start having sexual relations.

thats is so not true. if i was in a relationship with a guy I wud want to get to know him first, know his background and see if he's the right one for me. you don't want to jump in and have sex right way . thats just not how you do it buddy
