one question first, are you trying to use your neighbor's wireless network or your own? if you are trying to use your neighbor's wireless network and his WEP is blocking you then you cant do anything, except asking him/her nicely to let you use and cut him/ her a deal with the monthly payment.
now if you forgot your own wep, the best way to get rid of it is to reset your router. happy holidays. :)

I do not think there is a way to do it. WEP keys are in place for security so noone can access your network and use your internet connection or access your files. If its on your network, i suggest doing a hard reset on your router and setting it back up again and then writing down the key and keeping it in a safe place. Or you could just disable security measures all together.. but i highly dont recommend that!

Hey Dude,
I am not sure what you are trying to do but it sound borderline illegal. Do you own the wireless device/router.
Well, turn off WEP on the router and be done with it. Not too smart to have a completely open network though.

If the wireless network you are connecting to needs a WEP key, then you cannot bypass it.

Log into YOUR wireless router and turn off WEP
