try using ZapZit. its a spot type of cleanser, so you just put it where the blemish is and it will dry out the zit and make it gone maybe within 2 days. also an old trick is toothpaste.

I have an acne cure that has won me the best answer three times. Each time, the person said it worked great. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

I have a cousin and a good friend who have a lot of zits and marks on their face, they use proactive. It's kind of cheap and it's effective, as long as you keep using it, you won't have to worry about zits. If you can't afford Proactive, try clearisil every night....and wash your face in the morning when you wake up and before you go to bed. Dehydration can dry out the skin......but if you wash your face too much you can dry it out. Good luck!

Try Neutrogena blemish spot stuff. Those work great for my face. Best thing you can do is start from the core, dont eat greassy foods because that helps your face produce oils that make you break out
