well of course it can.
but heres my story
i went ice skating for the first time yesterday and i fell really hard backwards, and hurt my head.
i was fine last night but whn i woke up this morning i had this tenseness in my neck.
its really hard to explain
when i put my head back and feel it, it feels really tense, and stiff.
can this be a side effect of me falling on my head?
keep in mind i also feel multiple other times..on my elbows, knees, hands..
yeah.
anyone?

Falling on your head can be fatal. Even a blow or hit to your head can cause damage (or death). Be careful with you head and make sure you protect it as best as you can. Just remember...It holds you whole life!

I think the head stiffness part is a minor injury. Speak to a doctor about it (over the phone) because there is some over-the-counter medications that can help with this. I cannot remember the names of them at this moment---a sibling of mines had the same problem.

If this is purely your scalp this is sore then this is not likely very superb. A bump on the pinnacle would be sore for weeks. yet once you're getting problems, feeling nauseous, dizzy, sleepy or the different strange sensations then flow to the conventional practitioner. Ever concept approximately taking over chess? Lol.

Absolutely, your symptoms could be caused by the fall. See a doctor to be safe.
