an excellent informative, Encouraging book
called "Working with Anger". It is written by
Thubten Chodron. It is very encouraging,
helpful advice which will help a person
use sound alternatives, instead of anger.

Thank You ALL for all the positive
encouraging answers, which will
benefit all of us, who from one
time or another, do give into
the negative mental factor of anger,
irritability, and impatience.
How we think, what we say, how
we Act, AND React in situations
that are stressful, and challenging
help us to see clearly into our
selves; giving us the insight
for how we need to change.
I borrowed the book, "Working with
Anger" from the library a few years
ago, took notes from it and continue
to apply its principles daily. It is an
encouraging book that will help any-
one ALOT !!
I, personally use to get irritated and angry inside while standing in line observing parents being so Cruel
to their children, because they wanted
something - & may have had a temper
tantrum. Parents were More concerned looking bad and feeling ashamed. Love,
Patience !
