Of course not... It is love that created you and I. If everyone stopped loving, we would die out for the simple fact no children would be born. If you are referring to a more traditional answer to the question...
Yes you can, but it will be shorter lived. It is proven that those who have someone special in their lives, live longer then those without.

Before I attempt to answer this question, I must first attempt to define love.

Love is a basic dimension of human experience that is variously conveyed as a sense of tender affection, an intense attraction, the foundation of intimacy and good interpersonal chemistry, willing self-sacrifice on behalf of another, and as an ineffable sense of affinity or connection to nature, other living beings, or even that which is unseen. It manifests itself in feelings, emotion, behavior, thoughts, perception and attitude. It influences, underlies and defines major patterns in interpersonal relationships and self-identification. (Wikipedia)

Love affects one's identity, and interpersonal relationships whether it is with the environment, different people or different species thus without a fraction of love people cannot live.

You can life without love, but you need something else to live for. And you will probably love that thing.

So no, you cannot live without love. You can live without the marriage relationship kind of love, but you need something in life to love, whether it be friends, family, and activity, a dream to pursue, etc.

Yes but it is a hard burden for the person to live, they feel lonely and need something to take their mind of their suffering. They might have lost their loved one and are so dedicated to that person that they don't want to live the rest of their lives with another out of fear of betraying their loved one.
It's a hard question but you can expect that person to be more cold and unhappy about life a little anti-social.

I think that people spend most of their lives looking for love, even if they dont have it at any particular time, but they are too caught up with looking for specific appearances to notice what is right in front of them - so many opportunities are missed.

The life of the body is unconditional love. Because of mental concepts of duality we can hide from it,descending into such darkness we cannot see it, but Gods unconditional love is carried on its own light and can always see you and is always with you, even if you "Make your seat in hell."

Love encompasses everything, love for relatives, friends, husband, wife children; so without love , life is meaningless.

A person totally devoid of love is a pretty unusual thing.
I wouldn't call it living either but more existing.
