No manipulation required. I just state the facts. And am very bold blunt straight forward and to the point. When I am with a partner there is no problems for me to ask for what I want and also to know that there might be two possible answers. Yes or No.
I might pout if he say no though!

First of all I can take money when ever I want it is half mine. But if I feel like asking him if I can take some money (bec he is in charge of the finances so I might not know we dont have it at that moment) I will just ask him, I dont have to manipulate him for money. Now if I want to go out and I want him to take me, again I just say I feel like going out or I want to go out to dinner because I dont feel like cooking but in no way to I make him think he is the "big man" and I am the mear servant that has to ask his permission and he wouldnt want me to act that way either. We are equal!

No, I don't use manipulation. My soon-to-be husband is head over heels in love with me and he gives me whatever I want because he wants me to be happy.

I just say what I want, and the majority of the time I get it, but if it is something extremely expensive, I might negotiate with some special sex acts.

it is best to just come out and say what you want, but if you refuse to go that route:
this is a power that should be used sparingly, "with great power comes great responsibility." it's always good to make them think that it's their idea ("oh, i wish i could go out and have a good time, but nobody wants to go with me...") , but you can always fall back on the classic guilt trip ("i just feel so neglected and unloved because you never want to do anything special with me").

I become stubborn and say I dont want it anymore, then he feels bad and wants to do it for me. But this is only when its cold out and I want some choccie otherwise i get off my *** and do it myself.
