Should you say to one interviewer:
[Thank you for your consideration.] right

Should you say to two interviewers:
[Thank you for your considerations.] wrong
[Thank for your consideration.] right

And can you say to one:

Considerations would be appropriate whenyou want to say about something that is going to be taken into account when weighing the pros and cons of a situation before making a decision
Fpr example:

"YOU" is can be used interchangeably for plural and singular
and so in the firt sentence, it is right to say to one interviewer or more. The idea of the interviewers being two nad the probabilty of the speaker to attempt to follow the general grammatical rule of plural forms is very higher but it is worth noting that "YOU" when used can refer to one or more persons.
however if you "consideratios" here, you are not wrong if ONLY you are looking at it from the point that more than one thought or idea needs to be considered BUT if you used that with the intension of satisfying your audience as in number then i am sorry you are wrong. it doesnt work that way. Rather, "thank you for your consideration".
on the other hand, if you said,"thank you for your considerations" to one interviewer, you are right for more than one idea or though needs to be considered and then as i stated before,"YOU" plays a dual role of plural and singular.
END OF LESSON
you can still trace me for a better explanation if you find it difficult to understand for you are always welcome. Thats my area of study and so i can perfectly help you out. Have a nice day

Whenever I'm in doubt i just change the sentence. How about, "I want to thank each of you for your consideration, or for considering me for this position." Just a suggestion.

Whether one or a group of interviewers, I would use "consideration" since one interviewer will consider your application, the group of interviewers will consider your application.

Yay! You spelled grammar correctly! :) Anyhoo--it's thank you for your consideration in all cases. Don't pluralize it.
