Thanks for All your Answers.

Your Answers, as will this book, Will

help many people who struggle with

anger, hatred, & impatience.

I checked this book out of the local
library a few years ago, read and applied it simple principles and it has
helped me tremondously over the years.

I use to get irritated and angry inside while standing in long lines behind parents, which we so cruel to their
children simply because they wanted
something for themselves, or were having a temper tantrum. These parents were more concerned about how it made them look in public than the welfare of their children. This use to really get me upset inside.

I suppose it is the stressors in our
lives, and how we choose to react
to them inwardly and ourwardly that
helps us to see us how we really
are. They are our teachers, to help
us develop Patience, true Intelligence, and Wisdom.

Thanks for ALL Your Answers,

AND Happy New Year's !!

It is so nice of you to have thought of sharing the useful information with others... Anger spoils the peace of the one who angers and hurts the person to whom one reacted with rude word or gesture... It creates enmity, spoils good relations built up, scares good mannered ones, and has all negative impacts...

A restraint shown under the worst provocation saves good relationships, wins over even enemies, attracts good people to
seek relationship .... But most of us fall a prey to the sudden emotion and need some good advice...

What is the name of the publishers and is it available in India? Please add under additional details, I will check up again for your details...

This sounds like a very interesting book. Your right from time to time we all get angry or impatient. It happens in life. Everyone goes through things and being angry is not always the way to go. You shouldn't have a negative outlook on things. You being angry doesn't maake the situation better. That's why this book should be recommended
