Well if you were to do any of these not with the other it would be normal, why when you do 2 or more of these it isnt normal? And maybe sharpening knives in the dark isnt such a hot idea. You may end up with a few less fingers, just a thought :)

See, no one is normal in this world and when I read the other answers, I thought that even those who said these surely have abnormalities. So do I.

Actually with all the knives and swords I have, I do it all the time. As for humming , what else are you supposed to do while your hands are busy.

No, no it's not. I'm sorry to say but that is really ABnormal behavior. Unless your a professional Chef who loves to hum and forgot to pay your electric bill, then it's completely normal. :)
