Depends on the city. If I were to stand there I may have the mayor come over and invite me for coffee and donuts with city hall. Other then that I would freeze and may have a few people tell me to get my self home before I caught pneumonia.

People look at you like you are crazy, and you know you are
You get run off by the police for loitering
You get hit on by ugly women
Your legs get tired and you go sit down
