I have this dark side that likes macabre art. Some of it is quite disturbing...but there is something beautiful in the metaphors presented.

Every picture tells a story, macabre or not, it's how you feel when you view and express it. Some of the Geiger artwork I have seen is highly erotic, makes me wonder where they got the idea for the movie Alien and the true symbolism of it.

I agree. Some paintings have frightening themes, but the depiction can give such a rush of emotion... it's like getting enveloped in the painting itself... lost in a swirl of colour, grief, and hope. I think it's the hope that keeps me looking...

Not really. I like to read stories and poems that some might find strange or disturbing. I like to see what people see or how they feel. It's strange how people react differently to just one story.
Other then that...No not really or not one I can think of.

No - I'm too set in my "that's disturbing" phase to overcome things to find something I could actually find useful.

their is beauty in everything,even the macabe,it just takes the right eye and mind frame to see it
