i was on it for two years and didn't experience that at all. it was when i switched to the nuva ring that i had really bad mood swings! and that ring kept falling partially out and it felt like a tampon that needed to come out all the time. the patch was great, but after I got off it and tried to get pregnant, it took me a good 7 months to get pregnant, almost as if the patch took some time to wear off. then i had to go through ultrasounds to make sure there were no blood clots in my legs or thighs. how annoying!! i lost my sex drive while on the patch, and now that I have my drive back, i'll never go back to that patch!

I tried it for several months. I didn't have mood swings, but it made me extremely nauseous every time I restarted after the period, so much that I couldn't eat for several days. Also it didn't stay on very well. Regular birth control pills worked better for me, but everyone is different. If you are going to use it, you should look into the possible side effects of heart problems.

Yes, i was on it for half a year. I hated it, my mood was noticeably worse, and i had horrible cramps. I hated the patch, it even hurt when i took it off. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Do you know that the patch causes blood clots and has also killed a couple of people. I think you need to do research on that.

You need to research this more..... There has been a lot of deaths, and there is actually a lawsuit against the company because of it, and they are trying to get it off the market because it is not safe.... so if I were you I would find an alternative method.
