The Minister is by no means ABOVE THE LAW. Go to your local County Seat (Courthouse) and have a Restraining Order issued against him. Along with this those people he has been harrassing can and should file Harrassment charges against him. You can get the restraining order to read he is not allowed on or near the premises and if he comes within so many feet (say 300 of the premises) then he will be arrested.

File for a restraining order that will bar him from coming within a certain distance of the building. Then if he shows up call the police and he will be arrested.

File a TRO (temporary restraining order) that mandates he stay a certain distance from the church and its members.

you will have to have a restraining order against him and call the police...sorry i know it must be difficult for the church but we had a similar situation years ago...it didn't escalate to the point of having him removed but the deacon board had to be firm with him. its sad more than scary. if you have someone who he trusts and can talk to him about calming down then do it but if all else fails you will have to have him abide by the law. the thing is he is not only breaking the law but if he calls himself a christian then he is also breaking god's law by his behavior. one thing for sure he needs help and to be controlled. good luck

You call the police and have him arrested. And then you get a restraining order that bans him from being on the property.
