You will need to tell me your eye colour, hair colour and skin tone if you want me to help. :)
Okay, I´d say you go for smokey eyes (always a good one). Brown eyeshadow will look strange as your look is more black-ish, so for your brown eyes I´d say you either go for golden or (not kidding:) violet. Looks AMAZING with brown eyes. Pick either very dark brown or black mascara plus the respectively coloured eyeliner. With your lighter skin and the rather done eyes, don´t push your lips too far and choose a rosé or pale red lipgloss instead of lipstick (find the latter one almost a bit too much for the rather pure outfit). Decide on one colour for the accessoires and/or jewellery. Your outfit is rather pure, so don´t overdo it anyway with too much stuff.
You know what´s really cute? Find a necklace in either silver or gold (your skin is rather pale, so: silver) and a matching hoop for your hair. Get some glitzy hairspray, blowdry overhead, light waves plus hoop = amazing. Send us a picture! =)

Use a natural color eye shadow, highlight your brows, and use grey or brown on the eye bone. Keep eyes light and smokey, but not too heavy. Make your look pop with a red lip stick.

all and sundry looks extra helpful with good makeup, it is a certainty. i will bypass to the dep. shops and run errands in no makeup fortunately as I even have good dermis, yet i think of with the suitable application all and sundry looks effective with makeup, particularly for nights out. placed money into small products of effective high quality makeup, precedence being a commencing up, eyebrow pencil, powder and mascara, a small amout of blush and a independent lip will continually seem organic and undemanding, i think of it relatively is a self assurance enhance :)

smoke eye or just go with neutral color since your dress and everything else matches try to have something different, you can put light pink eye shadow if u have brown eye it will bring them out and blush and a pair of cute earings will do it, but remember don't wear to many excesories. good luck.

It depends on what look youre going for. Is it during the evening? I'd recommend maybe a smoky eye effect. Check out the link below to see how to do it.

I say use a shimmery cream eyeshadow and liner use a pinkish peachy or natural blush, with nude or lip liner and fill in with clear shiny lip gloss love this look works with any outfit. The shimmer will bring out your eyes.

Either a neutral or silver or gold, unless you're going for the gothic look, don't go black!! But party style - urban decay does some glittery liquid eyeliner if your budget is high.
