Why would you want to? They eat many many insects around your porch light. I'd rather have 10 lizards in my house than 100's of flies, moths and spiders.

Get a Cat.. mine eat geckos..... well I cant really say they eat them,.. the cats just "play" with the geckos until they stop running away (usually because they cant')... problem there is if they haven't eaten them, now we have geckos bodies to remove

Why do you want to get rid of them? They eat bugs. And I think they're cute. Likely they are "house geckos".

a ferret...
a spider a fly and a web, train a ferret family to enjoy amphibian skin to enjoy showing geckos how to be adaptable and poisonous you murdering sicko phant, they don't like dry places or cold windy places so i'd suggest a fan and a two by four and a kurt yar kil in me shotgun to face them at night on a dimly lit moist night, no serious tho shampoo would burn their feet want them to experience hell to adapt to you generally and for the cold some nights some de-rehydrated-ed bleach on the joints of big bits of wood mind your hands...
