There are more than three. To add one, the Kanawha River flows north from its beginning at the junction of the Gauley and New Rivers in Gauley Bridge, West Virginia to its end at Point Pleasant WV where it empties into the Ohio River. It is navigable along its entire length except for a few miles between Gauley Bridge and the Kanawha Falls.
