Red ones would look cute. I think I've seen a few people do that now. It adds a color of splash to the outfit. You'll want to make SURE they are some cute heels, because they're sure to catch some attention :)

New Year's Eve is supposed to be fun an festive. I think that colored heels with a black satin dress should be fine. For added fun and a link between the festive shoe and the dress look for shoe clips that would match the black satin in the dress. Just clip to the front or side for some extra fun to the shoe, assuming the shoe doesn't already have some sort of accessory to them.

Sorry but if you don't want to look like pretty woman style, then don't!
You can either use silver or gold open hills with no panty hose, but my best opinion will be black open hills (no pantyhose), and if you want to wear panty hose then use close on the back and open on the front. By the way don't wear black panty hose use smog color, so that you can see a little dark but also shows your legs.

A Black dress is simple but elegant...just balance it out...if you have a small body and quite big feet,go for black,as you dont want your feet to be the thing that grabs attention....if you have a bigger body and small feet,you could wear any colour..to match your handbag maybe. But if you want people to notice your dress more then your shoes,go for black shoes...if the dress is really pretty and you look great,dont take the attention away from that area by wearing too bright shoes..id stick with a simple strappy black heel..enjoy.

No, you don't want your feet to be the thing that stands out and gets people looking down. Wear a cute pair of black strappy heels, maybe with a touch of rhinestones. Happy New Year!!

I read somewhere that metallic colors are in. But yeah if you like your feet definitely wear colored heals. It's a cool fashion statement. Have fun on New Years Eve!

Absolutely!!!! If it would make you feel more comfortable grab ya a purse to match the shoes and then noone can say anything about...although I don't see why anyone wouldn't think it looks fabulous. Oh, and have a great time, I always say confidence makes the outfit. If you look unsure or uncomfotable...people will wonder why.
