Over the years, I’ve heard hundreds (if not thousands) of people state they like Burger King hamburgs but don’t like their fries. They further state their desire for Burger King hamburgers with McDonalds fries. However, your average person is not going to travel to both restaurants and wait for each item as the other gets cold. This is where my ingenious idea comes to play. I will reconstruct my kitchen room & dining room into restaurant fully equipped with tables, stools & chairs. I’m going to hire 2 teenagers that will travel to McDonalds for fries & Burger King for Burgers every half hour. This brings the 2 products to the customer – nicely, quickly & hot!!!! What I need at this point is information where to buy the large McDonald and Burger King signs they have outside their restaurants to put outside my house. Where do I get them?

You don't. Those signs and logos are all trademarked images and they are only for the use of their franchises. Secondly, what you're thinking of doing is against the health code, as you don't have the licensing to serve food to the public for money. If you want to take lunch orders over the phone or online and then hire teenagers to deliver the food to people, fine, but you can't represent yourself as an agent of either store.

McDonalds controls their franchises with an iron fist and would never allow what you suggest. Also you would be breaking numerous zoning laws by operating a restaurant in a residential area. There is no permit you could buy to resell restaurant food.

While its a wonderful idea there is a small glitch in your plan. Its called TradeMark and to steal it is slightly illegal.
If you did this Burger King and McDonalds would surely get together for the first time...to sue you.

You're idea is ridiculous, and even if you could fine their signs to put up, you'd be sued.
I think you're seriously yanking our chain!
