¿How to conect my sound card?

My speakers dont' make any sound, and someone told me that the problem is in the sound card, but how to fix it?

Most computers don't come with separate sound cards, they are usually integrated into the motherboard. Either way you want to right-click on my computer then HARDWARE then DEVICE MANAGER to see if your onboard sound is working properly. I'll bet you have a bad or outdated driver.
