This depends where you are located. For example, California is 10 hours behind Baghdad, or they are 10 hours ahead of us. There is a world time clock on the Internet you can use to find this out. Zulu time is the same everywhere in the world. It in global time so aircraft, ships etc, can talk to each other without having to figure out the differences.
