Sally Hansens hard as nails works for me good. but i also read somewhere that if u apply polish to ur nails u need to let them breathe for a while...so if u do that then u need to remove the polish on ur nails and let it breathe for couple of days, that usually gets them back stronger than before.

Go to any place that sells cosmetics, along with nail stuff, and check out a box of product called Nailtech. They have quite a few different formulas and they really strengthen your nails.

To get strong nails, you first have to work from the inside. Calcium and protein will be your best friends. Take a calcium supplement or eat cottage cheese, yogurt or other natural dairy products. (Fat free dairy products are also protein) You can also try to use Sally Hansen's "hard as nails" line.

You should also keep your shaped (lightly rounded square tip is best), keep cuticles well moisturized, and use a light top coat. If you do use polish remover don'tuse it more than twice a month, the acetone can realy dry them out making them brittle.

Try using a oil/creme for your nails. I use a top coat and then remove it with non-acetone enamel remover.
