have an abortion, under the " it's my body" excuse, Then why is it illegal for me to sell my organs?
After all organs are really a part of my body.

Women don't sell the aborted foetus and 'it's my body' is rarely taken as adequate reason for an abortion. Prostitution is selling your body and more commonly practised by women but remains illegal in most US states and in the UK and most other countries. Legal sale of organs would create a dangerous market ruled by the wealthy and preying on the poor and desperate, however, I'd be quite happy for you to sell your organs. It would do the world a service.

Which ones are you going to sell? You pretty much need them all until you die. You can live with only one kidney so I suggest you go to a third world country where they don't give a rat's *** about where they get their organs from and sell a kidney to them.
Word of caution: if they ask you to sell other parts i.e. heart, liver, lungs, stomach etc., just say no. But then again, who knows what they will help themselves to while your unconscious.

I'm not sure if you're trying to show why abortion is bad or trying to convince us that selling organs is okay.

You can "donate" your organs after you die. But I dunno about the selling part.
